Crank: Zrace Hardrock Edition 12-speed special edition crank set with 170 or 175 mm pedal arms and BSA Hollotech II bottom bracket system. The crank is CNC milled with a weight of 630 grams, direct mount chainring and 104 mm bolt circle diameter, this is screwed directly onto the crank with its 32 teeth. A weight saving without loss of stiffness and durability for maximum chain guidance, chain tension and reduced chain noise. An optimized tooth arrangement improves the cleaning of the chainring, possible wear and tear is reduced. The bottom bracket is included in the crank kit.

Cassette: 11-50 cassette sprockets, the mountain bike sprocket with 50 teeth for 1 x 12 speed shifting system in combination with a SHIMANO 10/11 speed freewheel rotor and rear derailleurs with long cage. A supplement for different gear ratios with a wide shifting range. You do not need a new freewheel with 23 teeth but can continue to use your old wheel with a freewheel with 13 teeth. The complete weight of the 50 cassette with lock ring is 570 grams with aluminium spider very light. The integrated climbing aids allow a precise shifting process with a decent gear ratio range.  

Gearshift lever: The 12-speed gearshift lever in black and gold allows quick and easy operation of the rear derailleur.
Low lever forces and short shifting distances ensure smooth speed and clean cadence, you change gears precisely on the trail. To shift up, push the lever forwards with your thumb. By pushing it again with your thumb or index finger, the lever is released and the rear derailleur shifts to a smaller chainring. Replacing the rear derailleur cable is easy, a large cover makes it easy to change the cable.

Rear derailleur: The rear derailleur for up to 52 teeth with carbon fiber cage for 12-speed drivetrains. A gear change is lightning fast with clean shifting behaviour even with a hard gear. In order to reduce excessive chain tension and friction losses, 12-tooth rear derailleur rollers were used. From 10 to 52 teeth, the rear derailleur is compatible with a single or double setup.

Chain: KMC X12 bicycle chain for 12-speed derailleur systems. The chain weighs 268 grams with 126 links, 1/2 "x11/128". Titanium Nitride chain coating and double X-durability ensure smooth running, low wear and shifting performance. With MissingLink for a clean closing of the chain.

Another note: We recommend to follow the mounting instructions carefully before mounting and to position the shifting system, chainline cleanly, shift the cassette through without strong force during the shifting process. We also recommend checking the chain length regularly with a Rohloff chain wear gauge, Caliber, to protect the components of the cassette from defects. The best shifting characteristics are achieved with a high-end chain from m-bikeparts or KMC.
