Another important feature: We carefully check the sprocket spacing of our cassettes before they leave our premises. A cassette should not only look good – it must also shift smoothly and reliably after installation.
Carefully checked sprocket spacing
During quality control, we check the cassette assembly using a suitable reference spacer.
For SHIMANO 11-speed applications, we use, for example, a reference spacer with a thickness of 2.15 mm. This allows us to check whether the sprocket spacing is even and corresponds to our inspection specification.
Our goal is clear: fewer surprises during installation and the most precise possible alignment of the shifting steps.
After professional installation and correct adjustment of the drivetrain, the cassette should shift precisely and reliably – just as you would expect from a high-quality drivetrain component.

Our cassette inspection does not replace professional installation and adjustment. The rear derailleur, shift cable or electronic shifting system, limit screws and derailleur position must also be correctly adjusted.

The small 11-tooth sprocket provides fast gearing on flat roads and during fast descents. At the same time, the 32-tooth sprocket offers additional reserve for longer or steeper climbs.

Parts of this product were manufactured in Taiwan (lock ring, spacer) and in China (cassette sprocket). We imported the product, carefully inspected it in Germany, and then repackaged it.
Safety Warnings and Safety Information
Installation:
The cassette may only be installed using suitable tools and in accordance with the supplied installation instructions. If you lack the necessary experience, we recommend having the cassette installed by a qualified person or bicycle mechanic.
Before riding:
The cassette must be correctly installed. The shifting system must function properly across the entire gear range when checked on a work stand. If shifting is not functioning correctly or the cassette is not securely fastened, the bicycle must not be ridden.
Note on use:
The cassette and chain are wear components. During normal use, the tooth flanks of the sprockets may become damaged or worn, and the surface of the cassette may visibly change due to contact with the bicycle chain. Damaged or heavily worn components must not be used further.
Inspection and withdrawal:
Please check the cassette for completeness, condition and compatibility immediately after receipt. Installation and a functional check are permitted for the purpose of inspecting the product. If you wish to exercise your statutory right of withdrawal, the cassette should not be ridden beyond the use necessary for inspection, as further use may result in signs of use and a possible reduction in value. Any compensation for loss in value that may be payable is subject to the applicable statutory requirements.
