You are looking at a replacement sprocket kit suitable for 10-speed SHIMANO HYPERGLIDE cassettes.
This means that a new cassette is no longer required if, for example, the first sprockets are worn due to an overlengthened chain. 
We recommend replacing the chain when replacing gear components of derailleur gears. Insert a caliber into the chain every 1000 km to detect chain wear at an early stage.
